About LindHome
Our story began during the COVID pandemic when we created BOXMATE — a modular homes brand from St. Petersburg.
At that time, many people wanted to move closer to nature and fresh air. We turned this need into a simple offer: a turnkey country life.
We found land plots, built houses, furnished them with stylish furniture, and helped clients move in and start living.
Later, BOXMATE continued as an architectural brand. Alex Lindholm and part of the original team decided to bring the first idea to Europe — starting with Bulgaria.

Starting from July 2026, clients will be able to visit a completed LINDHOME project in Bulgaria and explore the layout, construction quality, and surroundings in person.

Common questions before you choose a model.
Can I buy a house remotely while living abroad?
Yes. We can manage the full process remotely — from land search and contracts to final handover. We provide regular construction updates with photos and video reports, and work with trusted international legal partners. For comfort and cost efficiency, we usually recommend visiting Bulgaria twice: for signing and final acceptance.
What if I do not own land yet?
We can help you find suitable land plots through our own network and local agents. If needed, we also provide full land search, support, and coordination together with the construction process. This service starts from €5,000 including agent coordination.
What is included in the turnkey package?
Everything needed to arrive and start living immediately. Furniture, kitchen equipment, utilities, climate systems, lighting, internet preparation, and everyday essentials are ready before handover — so you can simply walk in and enjoy your new home.
Are the houses suitable for year-round living?
Absolutely. Our turnkey houses include insulation, climate control, recuperation systems, heating, and cooling solutions designed for both Bulgarian winters and hot summer seasons. The homes are energy-efficient and prepared for comfortable year-round living.
Can the house be prepared for rental use?
Yes. We can prepare the house for short- or mid-term rental use and help organize a rental-ready setup. In selected locations, we may also offer partnership-based rental management scenarios, allowing owners to combine personal use with rental income potential.
