LINDHOME is building a modern European brand in modular housing. We are looking for an ambitious intern who wants to gain practical experience in social media, customer communication, sales support and business operations.
As part of our team, you will work on real projects, collaborate across different areas of the business and contribute to building a fast-growing European company.
What you'll do
Social Media
- • Plan and publish content across social media platforms.
- • Assist with creating photos, videos and short-form content.
- • Engage with our online community.
- • Support marketing campaigns and brand development.
Customer Care
- • Respond to incoming enquiries from potential customers.
- • Communicate via WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook, Telegram and email.
- • Help qualify leads and maintain CRM records.
- • Support customers throughout the early stages of their journey with LINDHOME.
Business Operations
- • Support day-to-day operations and coordination.
- • Assist with market research and administrative tasks.
- • Help organise projects, meetings and events.
- • Contribute ideas to improve internal processes and customer experience.
Who we're looking for
- • Student or recent graduate.
- • Fluent Bulgarian (required).
- • Good spoken and written English.
- • Confident using social media professionally.
- • Organised, proactive and eager to learn.
- • Able to work independently and take initiative.
- • Interested in marketing, startups, architecture, design, real estate or sustainable housing.
- • Experience with AI tools is a strong advantage.
Nice to have
- • Experience creating content.
- • Basic knowledge of Canva, Figma or Adobe Creative Suite.
- • Experience working with CRM systems.
- • Additional European languages.
