LIND.HOMES is looking for an energetic, proactive person in Varna who wants to grow together with the company.

LIND.HOMES is building a new generation of Scandinavian-inspired modular homes and a service platform that makes buying and building a home simple, transparent and enjoyable. Bulgaria is our beachhead market for now. We are looking for an energetic, proactive person who wants to grow together with the company and take ownership of many different tasks.
Responsibilities
- • Basic administration and day-to-day operations
- • Customer communication via phone, email, WhatsApp and social media
- • Social media management and content publishing
- • Lead management and customer follow-up
- • Sales support and coordination
- • Scheduling meetings and appointments with potential customers
- • Assisting with documents and company administration
- • Supporting marketing campaigns and events
- • Occasional travel for meetings, property visits or company activities
Requirements
- • Fluent Bulgarian
- • Conversational English
- • Valid driving licence
- • Experience managing social media accounts
- • Strong communication and organizational skills
- • Proactive attitude and willingness to learn
- • Construction or real estate experience is an advantage, but not required
