Site Manager / Construction Supervisor
LINDHOME is building a modern European company in modular homes. We are looking for a site manager who can organize construction processes on sites, maintain a high quality standard and become one of the company’s key employees.

LINDHOME is building a modern European company in modular homes. We are looking for a site manager who can organize construction processes on sites, maintain a high quality standard and become one of the company’s key employees.
This is not just a site manager position. We are looking for a person who can take responsibility, work independently, make decisions on site and build effective team work.
The work involves regular trips to construction sites across Bulgaria, currently in the Varna region.
What you will do
Construction organization
- • manage construction works on sites
- • plan and control all stages of construction
- • organize the work of construction teams and contractors
- • set tasks for contractors and control their execution
- • ensure compliance with deadlines and quality of work
Quality control
- • control compliance of works with project documentation
- • control the quality of materials and installation
- • accept completed stages of work
- • identify and quickly solve problems that arise
Interaction
- • work with architects, engineers and designers
- • interact with material suppliers
- • participate in meetings with clients when necessary
- • prepare photo and video reports on sites
- • maintain working documentation
Company development
- • participate in the development of construction standards
- • help optimize technologies and processes
- • participate in launching new house models and new sites
What is important to us
- • experience as a site manager, construction works manager or engineer is welcome
- • understanding of low-rise construction technologies
- • ability to read architectural and engineering drawings
- • experience managing and interacting with construction teams
- • Category B driving licence, having a car is a big plus
- • conversational Bulgarian language
- • basic Russian, English will be an advantage
- • confident use of a smartphone and computer
- • responsibility, independence and a high level of organization
A big plus, but not required
- • experience building frame, wooden or modular houses
- • experience working with European construction standards
- • experience purchasing construction materials
- • understanding of engineering systems
