Project Manager
LINDHOME is building a modern European modular housing company. We are looking for a Project Manager who can coordinate projects from the first customer meeting through to project completion, bringing together architects, contractors, suppliers and clients.

LINDHOME is building a modern European modular housing company. We are looking for a Project Manager who can coordinate projects from the first customer meeting through to project completion, bringing together architects, contractors, suppliers and clients.
This is more than a traditional project management role. We're looking for someone who enjoys building systems, coordinating people, solving problems and helping a growing company scale efficiently.
What you'll do
Project Management
- • Coordinate modular home projects from start to finish.
- • Monitor project timelines, budgets and key milestones.
- • Work closely with architects, engineers, production teams and construction crews.
- • Coordinate contractors and ensure tasks are completed on time.
- • Support clients throughout the entire project lifecycle.
Coordination & Operations
- • Organise meetings and project workflows.
- • Maintain project documentation.
- • Coordinate with suppliers and public authorities when required.
- • Prepare project reports and progress updates.
- • Ensure internal processes are followed and continuously improved.
Business Development
- • Help improve internal processes and project management standards.
- • Introduce tools and best practices for project delivery.
- • Support the launch of new products and business initiatives.
- • Contribute to building scalable operational systems.
The role combines office-based work in Varna with regular visits to construction sites and client meetings.
Who we're looking for
- • Previous project management experience is an advantage.
- • Strong organisational and planning skills.
- • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- • Excellent communication and coordination skills.
- • Fluent Bulgarian.
- • Good spoken English.
- • Valid Category B driving licence.
- • Confident using computers and modern digital tools.
- • Experience with AI tools is a strong advantage.
- • Proactive, responsible and able to work independently.
Nice to have
- • Experience in construction, architecture, manufacturing or real estate.
- • Experience with CRM and project management software.
- • Understanding of residential construction processes.
- • Experience working in a fast-growing company or startup.
